Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team, set the tone for guest service, and drive store operations on a daily shift. You will coach associates, assist with food service, inventory, and cash handling, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met while maintaining a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
