RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team, ensuring excellent guest service and operational excellence on each shift. You will train, coach, and motivate staff while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or in progress.
• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume guest-focused environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set a cheerful, can-do tone.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time and address guest concerns with empathy.
• Drive store operations, inventory control, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Communicate updates from management to shift associates and ensure task completion.
