RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team on a daily basis. You will set the tone for customer service, coach staff, and ensure smooth operations across food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling.

This role offers hands-on leadership, opportunities for growth, and incentives tied to performance. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail/food service and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
