Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team and deliver excellent guest service. You will drive daily operations, coach staff, manage cash handling, inventory, and maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail/food service with 1+ year of leadership experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered in a people-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
