RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a winning team on your shift, set the tone with a positive attitude, and ensure guests enjoy fast, friendly service. You’ll coach teammates and handle food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred)
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
