Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Model a cheerful demeanor and hold the team to standards.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time and give feedback to drive results.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment.
• Train team on policies and processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Oversee inventory, cash wrap, and care of store processes.
