RaceTrac is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team on every shift. You will set the tone, coach staff, and address guest concerns with empathy while ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met.

You’ll train the team, manage inventory and POS tasks, and communicate effectively with leadership to drive results. Competitive pay and growth opportunities await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift with a cheerful, can-do attitude.
• Coach team members in real-time and provide guidance across food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism; escalate when needed.
