RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will set the tone, train staff, manage daily operations, and ensure food service, inventory, and cash handling are executed smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain permits (food handlers, alcohol server, etc.).
• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model a cheerful demeanor and hold the team accountable.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time to drive results and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism; escalate when needed.
• Train staff to meet food safety and cleanliness standards and stick to promotions.
