Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring Shift Managers to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team on a per-shift basis. You will set a positive tone, guide team members through food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling, and provide real-time coaching to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail/food service with at least 1 year in leadership, strong communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift: set the tone, provide direction, coach teammates, address guest concerns.
• Drive Operational Excellence: ensure food safety, cleanliness, inventory control, and promo communication.
• Model Communication & Accountability: relay updates, monitor tasks, and reinforce accountability.
