Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift, setting a cheerful, can-do tone and guiding staff.
• Drive operational excellence by training, inventory, and cash-handling accuracy and adherence to standards.
