This role involves inventory control, cash handling, and effective communication with leadership to drive results. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in retail or food service, plus 1+ year of leadership experience, and thrives in a high-energy environment with a focus

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift and set the tone with a positive attitude.
• Coach team members in real-time and provide guidance during shifts.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards.
