RaceTrac is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team on a daily shift basis. You will set the tone, coach staff, and ensure smooth service from food preparation to cash handling while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

You will drive operational excellence by training staff, enforcing company policies, and communicating critical updates to ensure consistent performance across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a winning team during each shift.
• Provide direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time and address guest concerns with professionalism.
• Drive store operations, inventory, cash handling, and compliance during shifts.
• Communicate updates from leadership and ensure alignment across the team.
