RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a dynamic team on a fast-paced shift. You will set a positive tone, direct daily operations, and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will coach team members in real-time, drive operational excellence, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while managing inventory and promotions. Your leadership will shape a proactive, guest‑centric store culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to coach others and follow through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set a cheerful, can-do tone.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during shifts.
