Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years retail/restaurant/food service experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory or lead-ership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set a positive tone.
• Provide clear direction and help with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time, offering guidance and support during shifts.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train and guide the team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee key store processes including inventory, cash handling, and promotional communication.
