RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team, set the tone, and ensure outstanding guest service. You will coach associates, manage food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling while driving performance across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required permits (food handlers, alcohol server, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations on designated shifts.
• Ring up guests on a cash register and ensure store cleanliness.
• Coach team members in real-time to deliver strong guest service.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and compliance documentation.
• Lead shift change communication and keep team aligned throughout the day.
