Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager and lead the restaurant during scheduled shifts. You will ensure fast, friendly service while monitoring costs and maintaining quality in a clean, safe environment.

The successful candidatewill have a High School Diploma, at least six months in food-service, and strong leadership and teamwork skills. This role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced, authentic New Mexico cuisine setting.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma and at least six months restaurant experience.
• Professional, positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule up to 28 hours per week (PT) or 40 hours per week (FT).

Responsibilities

• Assist the MOD in running daily shift operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and accurate service.
• Monitor food/beverage and labor costs to maintain profitability.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Train and develop crew members for future leadership.
• Perform stocking, deliveries, and housekeeping tasks as needed.
