Responsibilities

• Assist management as Manager on Duty (MOD) to oversee restaurant operations.
• Provide outstanding customer experience with polite and friendly service.
• Ensure proper preparation of menu items following Blake’s Lotaburger standards.
• Motivate and lead crew members to perform duties with the customer in mind.
• Ensure compliance with Blake’s Lotaburger policies and procedures.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance in the store.
• Document deposits and report discrepancies to the General Manager immediately.
