Blake’s Lotaburger in New Mexico is seeking a Shift Manager to support the MOD and assist in running a fast, friendly, and profitable restaurant operation. You will lead crew members, ensure correct food preparation, and uphold Blake’s core values in every guest interaction.

The role focuses on maintaining high standards of service, cost control, and adherence to safety guidelines in a busy quick-service setting.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer experience to every Blake’s Lotaburger guest.
• Demonstrate the highest level of customer service by being polite and kind to customers, especially when addressing complaints.
• Develop leadership skills to motivate crew members to perform all duties with the customer in mind.
• Ensure compliance with Blake’s Lotaburger Policies & Procedures and Book 1 policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team as MOD to oversee restaurant operations during scheduled shifts.
• Help control food/beverage and labor costs through diligent monitoring.
• Ensure proper preparation of each menu item following the correct process every time.
• Render fast, friendly, accurate customer service in a clean and sanitary atmosphere.
• Maintain kitchen and store security, deposit handling, and reporting to General Manager.
