Job summary

Little Caesars-Ampler Pizza II is seeking a Team Lead in Selma, AL to work under the General Manager, directing crew and ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable store operations. This on-site leadership role requires hands-on management, training, and adherence to company standards.

You will supervise shifts, coach colleagues, manage cost controls, and ensure safe, efficient service while maintaining the brand image in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in retail or a position involving customer contact is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma, or equivalent, and possess basic math skills.
• Possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills.
• Be dependable, hardworking and able to work under pressure and in stressful situations.
• Be able to work a standard schedule and perform all essential functions of the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license from the state of residence with a driving record.
• Meet Little Caesars-Ampler Pizza II Background Verification guidelines.
• U.S. Department of Justice documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with correct, complete orders within service time goals.
• Prepare and ensure high quality products are served as described in the handbook.
• Maintain proper image and follow policies and standards.
• Keep work stations clean and organized per health department rules.
• Manage cash handling and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Provide direction and coaching to colleagues to meet standards.
• Monitor costs and shift activities for cost controls.
• Complete all paperwork neatly and accurately.
• Open/close procedures and handle unexpected events.
• Assist General Manager with daily tasks, training, and marketing.
