Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer contact is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent with basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be dependable, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work a standard schedule and perform all essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to meet customer service standards and profitability goals.
• Assist General Manager in achieving store objectives and growth.
• Coach colleagues and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and organization per handbook and health regulations.
• Handle opening/closing duties and shift paperwork with accuracy.
