Little Caesars-Ampler Pizza II in Demopolis, AL seeks a Team Lead who works with the General Manager to meet customer satisfaction and profitability goals by directing staff and daily operations. You will supervise shifts to ensure orders are accurate, timely, and of high quality.

You will also train colleagues, monitor cash handling, uphold safety policies, and help manage costs while maintaining a clean, efficient work environment. Physical duties are required.

Competenze

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma, or equivalent, and possess basic math skills.
• Possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills.
• Be dependable, hardworking and have the ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations.
• Be able to work a standard schedule and perform all essential functions.
