Job summary

Little Caesars-Ampler Pizza II, located in Helena, AL, is seeking a Team Lead to work with the General Manager to achieve customer satisfaction and profitability. The role focuses on guiding crew, ensuring accurate orders, maintaining standards, and managing shift activities to meet service goals.

You will supervise colleagues, assist in opening/closing procedures, monitor cost controls, and train staff while upholding safety and health regulations in a fast-paced pizza operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent with basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work a standard schedule and perform essential job functions.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Eligible to work in the United States per background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members to ensure timely, accurate orders and customer satisfaction.
• Assist General Manager with opening/closing procedures and daily tasks.
• Monitor costs and enforce safety and health standards.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues to meet Little Caesars-Ampler Pizza II standards.
• Ensure proper cash handling and paper work during shifts.
