You will motivate and coach colleagues, manage opening/closing procedures, maintain cleanliness, supervise cash handling, and support cost controls to help achieve store goals while complying with all safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Require high school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills.
• Dependable, hardworking and able to work under pressure and in stressful situations.
• Able to work a standard schedule and perform all essential functions of the job.
• Valid driver's license with driving record within company guidelines.
• Must meet background verification guidelines.
• US work eligibility documentation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crew to fulfill customer orders and maintain service standards within time goals.
• Ensure high quality product preparation as described in company handbook.
• Display appropriate image and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Keep work stations clean and organized; comply with health department standards.
• Perform cash management responsibilities and follow safety and security procedures.
• Provide direction and coaching to colleagues and monitor shift activities.
• Assist with food, paper, labor, and utility cost controls.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and report issues promptly.
• Assist General Manager with daily tasks, recruiting, training, marketing, and cleanliness.
