You will oversee daily operations, coach teammates, maintain cleanliness and safety, and help manage cost controls and scheduling in a fast-paced environment according to the Little Caesars-Ampler Pizza II handbook.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, hardworking, able to work under pressure.
• Able to perform all essential functions and work standard schedule.
• Valid drivers license with driving record per company guidelines.
• Meet background verification guidelines.
• Proof of work eligibility in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with correct, complete orders within service time goals.
• Prepare high quality products as described in handbook.
• Maintain shop image and comply with policies and health standards.
• Perform cash handling and ensure safety procedures.
• Coach and direct colleagues to meet standards.
• Monitor costs and shift activities; record paperwork correctly.
• Open/close procedures and handle unexpected issues promptly.
• Assist GM with recruiting, training, and merchandising.
