Little Caesars-Ampler Pizza II is seeking a Team Lead to help the General Manager deliver fast, accurate orders and a great guest experience in a high-volume setting. You will mentor team members, supervise shift operations, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on every shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent with basic math.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to work a standard schedule and perform all essential functions.

Responsabilités

• Serve customers and complete orders within service time goals.
• Prepare and ensure high quality products are served.
• Maintain clean work stations and follow health procedures.
• Perform cash handling and adhere to safety procedures.
• Provide direction and coaching to colleagues and follow up on tasks.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and supporting marketing and image efforts.
• Complete opening/closing responsibilities and other duties as directed by management.
