Wingstop is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily restaurant operations, lead the team, and uphold brand standards. As Manager on Duty, you will deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness.

You will coach team members in real time, manage fast-paced shifts, and ensure staff accountability to performance expectations to keep guests coming back.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or shift leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts as MOD.
• Deploy team members across key positions (kitchen and FOH).
• Drive execution during peak and non-peak hours.
• Monitor ticket times, order flow, and SOS performance.
