Job summary

Wingstop is hiring immediately for Shift Leaders to join their team. The Shift Leader is a Team Member who has the ability to manage the day-to-day aspects of a Wingstop.

They help direct and train Team Members, while assisting in goals driven by the GM and AGM. This role is a perfect starting point for those who show a management mindset and would like to learn more about Leadership in the Wingstop system.

Qualifications

• Management mindset and willingness to learn Wingstop leadership

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop team member.
• Train newer or less experienced crew members in their tasks and responsibilities.
• Manage and motivate the crew members.
• Ensure appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained.
• Ensure that safe handling procedures are followed at all times.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen & dining room clean throughout the shift.
• Resolve customer issues with efficiency and a good attitude.
• Ensure that each guest has a positive, long lasting impression of the Wingstop experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of all product and procedural changes.
• Open and/or close the Restaurant.
