Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a shift, work alongside the team to deliver great food and guest service. You’ll direct restaurant operations, coach Crew Members, and step into Front of House and Back of House roles as needed while upholding Wingstop standards.

You’ll support the General Manager, communicate professionally, keep the team focused, and help maintain a clean, safe, and fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Good judgment and the ability to make appropriate decisions during a shift.
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned shifts and ensure stations are properly staffed, prepared, and operating efficiently.
• Greet guests, take and prepare orders, process cash/credit transactions, and support opening/closing duties.
• Provide exceptional guest service and respond promptly to questions or concerns.
• Monitor speed of service, order accuracy, and overall guest experience.
• Maintain Wingstop standards for cleanliness, food safety, and quality.
