Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2 years of Shift Leader/Supervisor experience in a restaurant.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prolonged standing and occasional kneeling; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Food Handler's Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Service Certification required.
• Strong stress management and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manages hourly team members and interacts with guests professionally and responsively.
• Executes opening, mid, and closing duties daily following procedures.
• Handles guest concerns and resolves them positively.
• Cash-handling, POS setup, comps, voids, and deposits during shifts.
• Leads by example to ensure guest experience and maintains team urgency.
• De-escalates conflicts and maintains a positive work environment.
• Supports inventory processes.
• Prioritizes food safety with line checks and storage/date checks.
• Manages daily prep list and ensures adherence to specs and flavor profiles.
• Maintains a safe environment for team and guests with proper PPE and cleanliness.
• Communicates with guests to deliver a welcoming experience and takes accountability.
