Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set a positive tone.
• Provide direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time to drive results and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and inventory processes.
• Oversee shift change communications and align the team throughout the day.
