Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards. You will coach associates, manage shift operations, and maintain inventory while collaborating with the Co-Manager and General Manager to drive sales and service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail or food service with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift and set a cheerful, can-do tone.
• Coach team members with real-time guidance during every shift.
• Ensure food service, stock, cleanliness, and cash handling meet standards.
• Drive operational excellence and inventory control.
