RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store shift. You’ll set the tone, guide food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling while delivering exceptional guest service.

You’ll coach teammates in real time, drive store performance, and develop future leaders. Applicants should have 2–3 years in retail or food service, plus 1+ year of supervisory experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).

Responsibilities

• Set the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude that motivates your team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
