RaceTrac is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a fast‑paced team on a store shift, driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence. You’ll coach staff, manage cash handling, and ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met while supporting inventory and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred)
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift

• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling

• Oversee inventory, write-offs, cash wrap, and compliance documentation
