Job summary

Krispy Kreme is seeking Shift Supervisors in our Florida shops to oversee daily operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, and deliver a WOW experience to guests.

You will lead an hourly team, assist with scheduling and onboarding, and partner with shop leadership to drive efficiency and guest satisfaction. Two years’ relevant experience and at least one year supervising a team are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
