Krispy Kreme is seeking a Shift Supervisor in the United States to oversee daily shop operations and ensure safety, quality and speed of service. You will lead an hourly team and collaborate with store leadership to drive an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a related role, 1 year in supervision, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and are 18+ with the ability to work 0-10% travel and be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
