Krispy Kreme is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations and partner with the leadership team to deliver a WOW guest experience. You will supervise a team, support scheduling and training, and help maintain safety, cleanliness, and high service standards.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and cultivating an inclusive environment where every associate feels welcomed and valued. This position requires 18+ and US work authorization, with travel 0-10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive culture.
