Krispy Kreme is seeking Shift Supervisors to oversee daily shop operations, ensuring safety, quality and speed. You will lead a team of hourly staff and partner with leadership to schedule, train, and perform shop tours.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience
• One year of experience supervising a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Travel 0-10%
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture of welcoming individuals' identities.
