Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Must meet Food Safety requirements and obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead team on shifts, assign tasks, and provide feedback.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and back-of-house standards.
• Prepare quality finished products and maintain health and safety standards.
• Restock, clean, and manage cash handling procedures.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and perform other duties.
