Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Must meet and maintain Food Safety requirements and obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks, and provide feedback.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and back-of-house standards are met.
• Count drawers and handle cash with proper procedures.
• Prepare quality finished products and maintain health and safety standards.
• Restock food lines and supplies; maintain a clean work area.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
