Job summary

Rackson Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader in Norwalk, CT. This full-time/part-time role pays $17.25–$19.25 per hour and reports to the Restaurant General Manager.

You will supervise staff, manage cash as needed, and partner with the management team to execute the business plan while maintaining high guest service and brand standards. Qualifications

• Must have at least high school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example.
• Excellent communication in English; Spanish helpful.
• Experience in fast food environments preferred.
• Must be reliable, with good problem-solving and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant activities during the shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Interact with guests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Supervise staff and provide on-the-job training as needed.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and adherence to policy.
• Ensure brand standards for service, food quality and safety.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
