Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• English communication required; Spanish helpful.
• Strong leadership, calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and escalate as needed.
• Willing to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Positive attitude, customer-focused and team-oriented.
• Good communication in Spanish and/or English.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant activities during shift and ensure smooth operations.
• Interact with guests, supervise staff, and manage cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards.
• Work hands-on as needed and train others on procedures.
• Collaborate with Management Team to execute the business plan.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and enforce company policies.
• Identify and develop talent for future roles.
• Support cost control and resource utilization during shift.
