Rackson Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee store operations during their shift, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards. You will supervise team members, manage cash handling, and uphold safety and cleanliness.

Reports to Restaurant General Manager and partners with the Management Team to execute the business plan. The role requires fast-food experience, strong leadership, and reliable attendance, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide a team.
• English language proficiency is required; Spanish helpful.
• Must be reliable with regular attendance and able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Oversees all restaurant activities during shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervises staff and provides training as needed.
• Handles cash management and ensures accurate cash handling procedures.
