Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a fast‑paced setting.
• P&L experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains restaurant‑level employees, ensuring brand standards and labor law compliance.
• Manages staffing levels, recruits talent, and develops internal candidates for management roles.
• Maintains brand image through cleanliness, maintenance, and food safety adherence.
• Analyzes performance, identifies trends, and implements plans for sales growth.
• Coordinates restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling and admin duties.
