Job summary

Rackson Restaurants in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for our Burger King location. This role pays $13.75-$15.75 per hour and reports to the Restaurant General Manager.

The Shift Leader runs the shift, ensures smooth operations, delivers guest service, and supports the Management Team in executing the business plan. You will train staff, manage cash and labor, uphold brand standards, and resolve guest concerns quickly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• Communication in English is required, Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Strong leadership and calm, professional demeanor.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations.
• Reliable transportation to work and events.
• Weekend/evening/holiday availability.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds; stand for long periods.
