Rackson Restaurants, LLC is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader in Hartford, CT. The role is full-time/part-time with a pay range of $17.25–$19.25 per hour and reports to the Restaurant General Manager.

You will oversee all restaurant activities during shifts, supervise staff, and ensure operations run smoothly while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction. Training and safety compliance are key parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in English; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all restaurant activities during shift and ensures smooth operations.
• Interacts with guests, supervises staff, and handles cash management.
• Delivers training and enforces brand standards and safety protocols.
• Plans shift operations and manages labor and cost controls.
