Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide the store team on the sales floor, energize shifts, and model exceptional service. You will direct during shifts, maintain merchandising standards, and support guest-focused operations.

The role emphasizes clear communication, urgency, and teamwork to deliver memorable fan experiences during games and events in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local events.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard and train new team members.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure execution.
• Lead floor service and maintain high-energy store culture.
• Manage merchandising, replenishment, and floor sets during shifts.
• Handle guest concerns with confidence and professionalism.
