Job summary

Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide the store team, set the pace on the floor, and energize the group. This role provides shift direction, coaching, and hands-on leadership to ensure an engaging guest experience.

You will model service behaviors, support onboarding, and oversee daily operations, merchandising, and service coverage while driving sales. A passion for sports and retail, plus 1–2 years of retail experience, is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing leadership preferred.
• Ability to coach and provide feedback to team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• On-shift coaching and feedback to team members.
• Lead on-floor operations and task delegation during shifts.
• Maintain a high-energy, high-commitment store culture.
• Ensure service coverage and prioritize guests.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Guide visual standards and floor sets throughout the day.
• Escalate operational risks to leadership when needed.
