• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy, engagement, and adherence to brand standards.
• Ensure quality, cash handling, store safety, and guest connections on shift.
• Coach and train team members in responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth hand-offs between shifts.
