Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store execution with a focus on customer service excellence. The role leads staff when no manager is onsite and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, while maintaining merchandising and inventory standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong deductive reasoning, analytical and communication skills, plus supervision experience and flexibility for early shifts, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms.
