Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance, while building customer loyalty through excellent service.

In the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, you will lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, manage merchandising and customer relations, and uphold CVS standards for safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and work with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively between management and staff.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and inventory.
• Execute department resets following planograms.
